Incredible experience. For everyone who is into excellent coffee in its purest form. Come HERE! More expensive than your regular specialty coffee but trust me - worth it. They know what they are doing are extremely passionate about their craft and you get to taste beans you normally don't have access to.

If you wish to experience the coffee, just letting the beans speak, then this place is the one for you. No fancy brewing methods - you are restricted to just the basics, but it makes the difference between the beans even more apparent. When you enter, the entire atmosphere changes. You are entering into a world completely different and detached, where you are invited to experience the different varieties of coffee and the flavours of it. A long moss garden guides you to the entrance, where you climb a set of stairs. And immediately you are greeted and asked to go to the bar to place your order. You are given a bunch of choices and asked to choose your brewing methods - shot, filter, or milk - espresso, pourover, and a milk based drink; all delicious. We tried two coffees, the Racemosa, and the Sudan Rume. The beans are put through you in various different stages, and is accompanied by the expert guidance of the barista. You can also order for little bites to better experience the coffee and pair it. You are also able to buy the beans! So if you particularly like a bean, then you can take a 250g bag of it back. The service is excellent, and the guidance and information provided by the staff really elevated the experience. Thank you Jason and Eric, your views really accentuated the experience for us!

I found XLIII Specialty Coffee on TikTok while looking for aesthetic design cafés and didn’t even realize it was a specialty coffee place at first. I was pleasantly surprised. The design is beautiful and very thoughtfully done. The staff is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. My barista Kathy took the time to explain everything in detail and presented beautifully designed menu cards with different coffee options. I chose one of the rarest coffees in the world. At around €25 per cup, this is not a quick grab and go coffee, but for coffee lovers it is an unforgettable experience. I learned a lot about the coffee itself, how it is produced, and about coffee in general. At the end I was even offered a complimentary cup of coffee cherry tea, which I had never heard of before and absolutely loved. They also saved my preferences in their system for future visits. A truly special experience and a highlight of my trip to Saigon. Highly recommended for anyone who genuinely enjoys coffee.

My man Dui is awesome. One of the best specialty coffee shops. They use their own custom water recipe to create very well balanced and delicious filter cups. There's a large variety of different varietals focusing mainly on washed processes. The geshas were so delightful. They focus on a higher extraction brew recipe to really bring out the flavors because the beans are very light. A coffee enthusiast's dream come true!

What can you say of the best of the best? This is probably the best café in Vietnam or even South East Asia, and certainly of my 2-year travel around the world. They not only serve delicious high quality Gesha coffee, but even higher qualities, with the extreme rare Racemosa coffee as the absolute top. It's even almost impossible to find this coffeebean anywhere in the world, at any shop or café. I didn't try it this time because of steep price 750K per serving, maybe next time. They have 5 stores, als in Hoi An, Hanoi, Danang. Highly highly recommended this very rare café, especially connoisseurs will appreciate this place.

Chanced upon this store by chance! The staff were very friendly and patient in explaining the different coffee bean options and explained how to taste, what to expect and how to best experience the chosen beans. We tried the Racemosa beans and were blown away by the uniqueness of it's aroma, umami and taste. The aftertaste is interesting - neither acidic nor bitter but yet has a slight sweet taste enveloping your mouth if you take a sip of water after. The interior is very spacious, monochrome with peaceful splashes of greenery. It felt very nice and calm here! Would definitely find time to pop by again the next time we are in HCMC!

I really enjoyed my visit to XLIII Coffee at 178A Pasteur. The café itself is stunning, minimalist, modern, and super clean, with a cool "coffee lab" atmosphere. The staff were top-notch! They truly took the time to explain the different beans and the brewing process. I particularly loved the Finca La Palestina, which was delicate, and the chocolatey notes of the other pour-over I tried (Sudan Rume). The flavors were clear and distinct. It’s a great spot if you appreciate a beautiful space and staff who are passionate about sharing their knowledge.
